We are now looking for a food nerd to come and join us in our Stamford shop.  Training provided; we value enthusiasm over experience and attention to great customer service over paper qualifications.

Moroccan Salad

From tomorrow, Tuesday 26th April, we will be adding to our lunchtime menu at least one salad a week.

Lunch in Stamford tomorrow could be our Moroccan Salad: roasted red pepper cous cous with feta, chickpeas, sultanas, apricot, spring onion, lemon, flat leaf parsley & mint.

A Lunchtime Sandwich, A Lunchtime Salad,

Following a great start for our Stamford sandwich shop, we’re pleased to be once again adding to our range.  So not only a very special sandwich for lunch in Stamford, now locally made brownies from Kate’s Little Cakes in Bytham, hand-cooked crisps from Corkers Farm in Ely and soon to be introduced our lunchtime salads.  Like our sandwiches and toasts, our salads will be a little more interesting than the norm.  We have asked our supporters to tell us the combinations they think would make their lunch a special one.  If you have any ideas of your own, please let us know here.

The Autostrada

New for Spring and inspired by a European road-trip, The Autostrada is Prosciuotto, Mortadella Salami, “Swiss” cheese, roasted red peppers, extra virgin olive oil on Hambleton Bakery wood oven baked, long fermented white sourdough.  Available from Monday 11th April.
