We have listened to feedback from those who know best – our customers – and will now open from 10.00am closing at 2.30pm Monday to Friday. We will review these opening times again shortly when we see what works best for everyone and we welcome hearing from you.
From Monday 22nd February we will be introducing the BMC Sample Tray.
Available each Monday & Tuesday try three half sandwiches/toasts from our menu for just £5.
Perhaps an Aussie Avo (mashed avocado with chilli & lime) on a single half slice of toasted sourdough, followed by half a toasted (Lincolnshire) Poacher and then a half baguette filled with Divine Swine, (roast porchetta – rolled loin & belly from Groovy Foods stuffed with herbs & garlic), served with our salsa verde.
As an added incentive to get through your Monday back at work, we have a free fresh coffee with every sandwich purchased on Mondays during February & March.
Following our soft opening and the troubles of “Fridgegate” we are pleased & relieved in equal measure to be officially opening tomorrow, Wednesday 10th February at 10.30am.
Please go to “the menu” for full details but we have sandwiches such as porchetta with salsa verde, Lincolnshire Poacher three cheese, pastrami, salt beef, and toasts with mashed avocado, chilli & lime or smoked salmon with low fat chive cream cheese, both on a single slice of toasted sourdough.
Our coffee is roasted locally, our teas are organic. Our pork is from Groovy Foods at Toft, cured meats from RP Meats in Peterborough and all our bread is from Hambleton Bakery.

We are giving away free (locally roasted) coffee with every sandwich during February for all our “supporters”. Supporters will receive our latest news, offers and from time to time, details of our “secret sandwiches”. It’s free, we won’t bombard your inbox, so why wouldn’t you?
After much delay, we plan to (soft) open tomorrow Thursday 28th January at 10.30am. We have been waiting on several issues; unfortunately we are still awaiting news on our application for external signage so you may need to follow your nose to Red Lion Street in Stamford.
Our sandwiches include porchetta, salt beef, pastrami, a toasted three cheese including Lincolnshire Pooacher, and an Aussie Avo – mashed avocado with lime juice and chilli on a single slice of toasted sourdough.
Locally roasted coffees, organic teas and Fentimans soft drinks are all available.
Oh and provenance: bread from Hambleton bakery, pork from Groovy Foods at Toft, other meats from RP Meats of Peterborough, and finally cheese primarily from Lincolnshire Poacher.
